We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased online for return or exchange. Items must include the attached ModaPosa price tickets and be accompanied by the original receipt.
Sale items are only exchangeable for store credit. No refunds.
Returns or exchanges are allowed up to 7 days after delivery. If you wish to return an item for store credit, please email us at Info@ModaPosa.com with your order number, the item you'd like to return, and reason for return. We will send you a shipping label thereafter. Customer is responsible for the $7 return shipping cost.
International Returns
You can send items back to us at the address below using any trackable/insured shipping method. Sorry, we can’t accept COD returns.

If you have purchased items that are now on sale, we will gladly offer you a one-time price adjustment if you contact us within 7 days of the original date of shipment or in-store purchase.
