Sale items are only exchangeable for store credit. No refunds. Items that have "FINAL SALE" in their description are not eligible for returns or exchanges and are final sale.
Returns or exchanges are allowed up to 7 days after delivery. If you wish to return an item for store credit, please email us at Info@ModaPosa.com with your order number, the item you'd like to return, and reason for return. We will send you a shipping label thereafter. Customer is responsible for the $7 return shipping cost.
